On Oct. 27th, Capt. Wei Jiafu visited Boston with his delegation from China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS) and attended a dinner reception hosted by Governor Deval Patrick of Massachusetts together with governmental and business leaders in Boston.
At the reception, American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) presented the Economic Contribution Award to Capt. Wei Jiafu, in full recognition to the great contribution COSCO has made to economic growth in Boston and neighboring regions.
In his warm remarks, Capt. Wei expressed his appreciation to the communities in Boston and Massachusetts for their long term support to COSCO and his willingness to further enhance this partnership in the future.
