On Oct. 26th, Capt. Wei Jiafu, Chairman of China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS) visited Mr. James Oberstar, Chairman of Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, US House of Representatives and Mr. David Matsuda, Acting Administrator of US Maritime Administration in Washington D.C. Capt. Wei gave a brief introduction of his visit this time and exchanged his opinions with his US counterparts.
