The one-stop service means that customers need to consign goods to only one one-stop service people once, that is, to realize the target of easy storage and transportation for goods through the company's goods transportation system with clear responsibilities. The one-stop service staff assumes the overall responsibilities for the storage and transportation of related goods, relieving customers from numerous bothers in the traditional freight service mode. Hence, customers just need to open one door to find one employee of the company to rapidly complete the booking consignment, consigning all the hereafter related procedures to the business operators of the parent company COSCO. The one-stop service immediately became the first famous service brand in the freight industry of the time when it was launched. Based on the one-stop service, the subordinate company COSFRE SH further extended the service to the office building of customers at the beginning of 1999 to help customers complete the booking consignment for the export goods without leaving the working locations and realize the safety freight of the export goods.

Our company deploys continuous innovation on the service methods and continuous excavation on the service contents. Worrying what customers worry and considering what customers consider, it took the lead in launching the HDS (Hot Delivery Service) for the Sino-Japan Lines and then put it in practice in other related lines gradually. Contract customers of the company are the targets for the HDS. They enjoy the exclusive agreement codes, use the special B/L numbers and adopt containers for loading and unloading goods. These contract customers load goods on board of our ships to ensure the issuance of B/Ls two hours after the ships leave ports and the telex release of the B/Ls two hours after the issuance based on the punctual arrival and punctual departure of our ships. The service is continuously offered without any break in a year. In addition, the mode of pre-clearance operation is adopted to ensure the release of goods two hours after ships arrive at ports.

he company adopted the system of IRIS-2 for the full process control of the product information and labeling. IRIS-2, viz. Integrated Regional Information System, is a set of application system that integrates business process, goods transportation and customer information. The IRIS-2 system is used for recording the real-time information of the company's global container business operation and reserving the information into the centralized database in real time to realize the information share worldwide. The major functional modules of the core IRIS-2 system are divided into two parts: basic information and business operation. The part of basic information covers geographic information module, organizational structure module, customer record information module, supplier record information module, freight rate information module, supplier tariff information module, shipping schedule information module, transportation route information module and customer agreement information module. Moreover, the business operation part includes the modules of booking, export documents, import documents, worksheet operation, berth distribution, and financial settlement operation.
