Labor relations---- Diversity

Our company is persistently committed to the construction of the multiple working locations by continuously hiring female employees and mainly hiring indigenous employees for oversea companies. Meanwhile, the company hires seamen from minorities and abroad to strengthen the diversity degree of the seaman team. Currently, female employees own a definite proportion at various levels of our company. For example, 9.1% of the top management team, 10.3% of the senior executives, and 18.6% of the middle-level executives and the basic executives are female employees. The proportion for the local employees in oversea branches has continuously climbed, with 94.57% in Y2003, 95.07% in Y2004 and 95.32% in Y2005. Total 34 minority seamen have worked on board for our company by 2005.
