Target and execution
Be responsible to the located communities and try to build up harmonious social relationship. COSCO Group has been focusing on keeping and adding value for state-owned assets and enterprise reform and development, centering on the strategy of “Two Conversion” and the target of “Building Permanent COSCO”, keeping lawful operation and standard management, persisting in the principles of treatment for both surface and key problems, comprehensive treatment, attaching importance to both punishment and prevention, and focusing on prevention, to build the group’s corruption punishment and prevention system, increasingly improve the anti-corruption and incorruption level, and therefore to provide powerful guarantee for enterprises’ clean and clear, standard, high-efficiency, harmonious and healthy development.

Policies and regulations:
COSCO Group has issued the COSCO Group’s Implementation Proposal for the Enforcement Outline of Completely Implementing the Corruption Punishment and Prevention System. All subsidiaries of the group have established settlement solutions and detailed implementation solutions to realize all-round management for risks.

Organizational liabilities:
The President Office is responsible for the community of COSCO, the Supervision Sector for anti-corruption, and related administrative sectors for subsidiaries. The liability has been stipulated in the work standard and covered in the evaluation for employees.

Training:
Each year COSCO organizes obliged training for internal auditors to update their knowledge. The group organizes staff to receive training of the COSCO Group’s Implementation Proposal for the Enforcement Outline of Completely Implementing the Corruption Punishment and Prevention System.

Supervision:
The Supervision Sector of COSCO organizes the supervision and examination on the construction and execution of subsidiaries’ anti-corruption management system.

External supervision:
SAAC has praised the large anti-corruption supervision system of COSCO Group and honored the title of “Excellent Unit”.
