Policies and regulations: |
COSCO Group has issued the Procedures on Open Official Business Disposal and the Interim Statute of COSCO on Open Official Business Disposal. All subsidiaries of the group have established settlement solutions and detailed implementation solutions to provide policy support for the building of a harmonious enterprise.
Integrating the requirements on enterprise’ comprehensive risk management system, COSCO has brought the open official business disposal, which is regarded as the mechanism and procedure to control decision-making risk, into the risk management system.

Organizational liabilities: |
The Labor Union of the group is responsible for the organization and implementation and second-tier labor unions for the implementation. The liability has been stipulated in the work standard and covered in the evaluation for employees.

Training: |
Each year COSCO organizes training for administrators of labor unions responsible for the open official business.

Supervision: |
COSCO has constituted the Measures to Implement Supervision and Examination on Open official business, making the supervision and examination institutes more healthy, and the responsibility clearer.
