Enriching employees cultural and sports life
The group has organized and established colorful cultural and sports associations, trying to produce and perform programs reflecting employees’ spirit and inspiring their owners’ responsibility. COSCO periodically holds exhibitions for employees’ painting and calligraphy pieces, sports competition, etc. All these colorful cultural and sports activities have enriched employees’ spiritual life.

  The group provides places such as “Staff Home” and necessary facilities like gym room for employees, and offer financial support      


Ocean ships have been equipped with reading rooms and facilities including camcorder, VCD machine, speaker system, gym device, etc, to enhance cultural construction.

Each year the group has been offering convenience for employees to enjoy recuperation and relaxation, and has selected proper places and environment for recuperation and relaxation based on the suggestions of employees.

COSCO has organized nine associations to offer rich and colorful amateur life for employees. A total of 52 employees have joined the Swimming Association, 74 employees the Climbing Association, 62 employees the Automobile Association, 45 employees the Yoga Association, 25 employees the Bridge Association, 32 employees the Billiards Association, 26 employees the Table Tennis Association, 30 employees the Badminton Association, and 55 employees the Basketball Association.
