I. Organization structure of COSCO Group


To ensure the realization of its strategic target for sustainable development, COSCO Group has established meticulous and tight organization structure according to the requirements of modern enterprise system. With the President Office as the highest policy making unit, the corporation has set up its administration organization structure made up of nine sectors and two centers which fulfill their own functions (please see the “COSCO Group’s Organization Structure”) At the same time, COSCO Group has established 25 special committees to deal with big risks, which are responsible for the supervision of the strategy implementation in each field. The group has also formed corresponding institutes and committees in subsidiary companies to put company strategy into execution. Thus, an organization structure for sustainable development has been settled.
