The major task of committees is to take charge in the supervision, implementation and auditing of economic, environmental, social and other related policies. For example, the major task of the Safety Committee is to direct the safe production of the whole system, study important measures in safe production, coordinate and solve important problems in safe production, and put forward directing advice for popular and tendency-leading problems existing in the production safety.

Subsidiary companies divide the liability of polices in economy, environment, society and other related policies among their functional sectors.
