COSCO Operation & Management Committee

The committee is responsible for deep research and advice on important problems emerging in production and operation; responsible for listening to reports on COSCO; and examination and approval of group’s annual financial budget and final account, discussing about group’s development planning. The committee assumes the function of COSCO Risk Management Committee.

COSCO Leading Team for Economical Society Construction and Global Compact Implementation

The team leads, drives and deploys the economical enterprise construction and Global Pact implementation; approves the implementation solution to construct economical society and implement important projects of Global Compact; approves technology service providers, outlay budget and training plan; approves the issuance and application of the sustainable development report.

COSCO Management & Innovation Team

The team is responsible for new strategy and planning of COSCO in management and innovation; establishment and perfection of COSCO’s processing flow for management and innovation, and construction of management system; supervision of execution of management and innovation policy and improvement of management system; organizing argumentation, approval, and checking and acceptance for technologies of innovative projects; approval of conclusion, application, issuance and promotion of innovative achievements.

COSCO Leading Team and Office for Execution of the Implementing Outlines for Establishing and Amplifying the System of Education, Rules & Regulations, Supervision in Combination with Punishing and Preventing Corruption

The team is responsible for meeting the demands of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Implementing Outlines of Establishing and Amplifying the System of Education, Rules & Regulations, Supervision in Combination with Punishing and Preventing Corruption, and the demands of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council on the Detailed Advice on Execution ofImplementing Outlines of Establishing and Amplifying the System of Education, Rules & Regulations, Supervision in Combination with Punishing and Preventing Corruption, made total deployment and arrangement; combining the progress of the execution, make research and put forward advice and requirement on driving the arrangement, and ensure the settlement.

COSCO Leading Team for Administration of Business Bribery

The team is responsible for the execution and settlement of various principles and policies on the special task in the administration of business bribery; making research, deployment, direction, and coordination COSCO’s special task in the administration of business bribery; researching and processing other important problems related with COSCO’s administration of business bribery.

COSCO Security Management Committee

The committee is responsible for the security and management of COSCO.

COSCO Leading Team for Urgency Response

The team is responsible for the disposal of urgencies emerging in subsidiaries of COSCO; directing the disposal of great urgencies involving security of COSCO’s crews, ships, oversea employees and institution security.
