The company has established strict quality management system, set up recruitment and training base for crews and other labors under the cooperation with universities and important provinces and cities, and formed extensive business networks both nationwide and worldwide. From 1979 till now, after over 20 years’ efforts, the company has dispatched a total of over 150,000 crews/time. Currently the company has over 1,200 dispatched crews onboard, ranked on the China Top Ten Crew Dispatch Companies

On behalf of COSCO, the company has taken part in related international organizations and industry associations. As a committee unit of International Shipping Association, a chairman unit of Asian Shipowners' Forum Crew Committee, a chairman unit of China Shipowners' Association Crew Committee, a director unit of China International Contractors Association, and a deputy president unit of China Crew Dispatch Coordination Organization, the company has been playing an active and important role in drafting domestic and international conventions and provisions, hosting international conferences and organizing related activity. It has been keeping contact with governmental sectors and business peers, established closed relationship with clients at home and abroad, and made important contributions to the development of crew dispatch industry.
