COSCO's regional companies and branches at home and abroad respect and follow local governments' polices and the legal rights of local employees while strengthening the localized management for employees. COSCO re-allocates the related revenues to the communities of COSCO's companies according to regulations of local governments, and also actively and initiatively participates into the local public undertakings through taking part in public welfare events and conducting cultural exchanges. COSCO so far has not seen any complaints caused by the violation of rights of local employees and local residents.
