When cultivating, selecting and appointing officials at all levels, COSCO pays great attention to the structure in terms of age, gender, nationality, party and so on. The administrative departments of COSCO Group have 37 officials with position of vice general manager or above, including 4 female officials accounting for 10.81%; 6 officials aged less than 40, accounting for 16.22%; 2 non-party ordinary people accounting for 5.41%. COSCO has gradually formed an official team featuring comprehensive specialties, reasonable structure, high quality and good connection of the old and the young. |

| ■ Basic salary and actual situation of male and female employees |
COSCO Group advocates the enterprise culture of òAll men are equaló, having no discriminative policies in gender, age, disease, race, religion and so on with same pay for same work. To offer better protection for female employees, COSCO Group has established maternity system. Pre-Maternity leave: 1 hours of rest allowed during working after 7 months of pregnancy, even 2 and a half month level allowed with approval. Female employees will enjoy 90 days of pregnancy leave, and female employees who are pregnant at a mature age will enjoy 120 days of vacation. Pregnant employees encountering dystocia will take 15 days more for the vacation. The more babies the pregnant employee gives birth to, the longer holiday she will take, with one baby for 15 days. Nursing leave can be up to 6 and a half months upon the approval.
