| COSCO Group establishes necessary mechanisms and systems to ensure the customer privacy including the privacy of employees will not be violated. COSCO Group implements the ISO17799 information security management system standards and formulates information security management programs; the COSCO Group Confidentiality Committee is also established for confidentiality. The confidentiality agreements are also signed with employees, requiring employees to property manage the information of customers and all related parties and respect their privacies. The company believes it is necessary to respect the privacies of employees, excluding any concern on employees' afterhours personal behaviors unless such behaviors have weakened the employees' work performance or the company's reputation or legal commercial interests. The company will not disclose any personal information of employees, including salary, performance evaluation and physical examination. |
